Summary:

Oracle Fusion HCM - Ability to process Physician Recruiting / Onboarding through ORC

Current ORC functionality is only allowing us to define processes for recruiting and onboarding regular employees who are not Physicians.

However, we would like to have a process defined for Physician Recruiting / Onboarding through ORC both Non-Faculty Physician and Faculty members

As these processes involve complex contracts and various pay components for Physicians, which don't come into picture for regular staff, we would like to know if ORC offers any functionality for Recruiting / Onboarding of physicians and also process appointments /promotions / Terminations for these Non-Faculty Physician and Faculty Physicians.
