Stripe a Case for HRHD Action Plans
Implementing Case Management for HRHD - client wishing to utilise the 22D upgrade that allows striping a Case for HRHD Action Plans.
Client is requiring us to include the Stripe drop down field that is demonstrated on oracle.demo instance (see attached) to allow Create Case to utilise Add Action Plan with a stripe code of HR HelpDesk Request Stripe.
I've not been able to find documentation on how to perform this configuration. After reverse engineering the Action on Action Plans configurations in oracle.demo, it is demonstrated to have an attribute of Activity which is not available in our Dev1 environment instance (see attachments).
