Add Total Amount field for Transactional Currency for Requisition Header/Line levels

Summary:

During the creation of requisition lines, users can select currencies outside the Ledger Currency for a specific BU as part of standard functionality. The currency rate for the conversion types/rates are visible and users can see that detail when a line is added to the shopping cart.

When getting to the requisition cart, the line level currency and amounts are available but no information for total non-Ledger currencies are available. It is understood that requisition lines can have different currencies, but a total non-Ledger currency amount would be beneficial for summation of the line amounts for users. Even the Header level detail only has a total in the Ledger currency.
