Summary:

Hi All,

We created one BIP report where we can run by the Department name that shows all Position in the Department (both filled and vacant) and their Parent Position. For the filled position we can see the employee number and name of the incumbents and the employee number and name field will be blank for the vacant positions.

Now the requirement is for the vacant positions can we add a column that shows the most recent last occupant and the dates they occupied the role.

Can someone please advise on this.
