"Ask" icon not appearing properly
Summary:
The "Ask" icon we set up often keeps appearing in an inappropriate way. Attached screenshot of the distorted icon for reference. Sometimes it appears as expected but it often doesn't display the icon properly (broken image appears).
All users are facing the same issue even when they tried with different browsers.
The icon image for "Ask" was configured through Design Studio, Digital Assistant Configuration. Under the Custom Icons, for the Ask Button we have provided a UCM Server link of the "Ask" image.
