Retainer of Digital Assistant is not showing the skills for retraining.

i have question, when i have asked for a question which the digital assistant don't knows, it puts that question in insights for re trainer, once i have selected that question now i want to select the appropriate intent for this, now in the list of value i am not able to select the intent, can you please guide on this issue.
