Unable to start Instance in Free Tier: Please contact customer support to reenable.

I wanted to start my instance, which should be eligible for free tier, but then I get the error message that is shown in the picure. Because I have the free tier I can't create a customer support chat and the Support AI also can't help me.

It would be nice if someone can help (I need the files on the server tho. So suspending and creating a new server isn't a option when I loose my files)
