Any way we can track when the sales order report is shared via Email using Standard Functionality?

Summary:

Once the Sales Order is approved, SO report is shared with customer using Standard action of 'Create Document' from Sales order header by sending an email. Is there any way for audit/tracking as to know when the email is sent? Is there any flag which gets enabled in the back end that the sales order is already shared?
