Customize Lead landing Page for Workspace

Summary:

We have a requirement in Oracle CX sales to Enable workspace for Lead Object.

After doing the same we encounter an issue we can see the edit icon is visible on the Lead Landing page.

We need a way out to disable it for few Personas. (as we don't want to show all the Columns for Every Persona)
