Is it possible to override an autocomplete rule?
Summary: Is it possible to override an autocomplete rule?
Content (required): Is it possible to override an autocomplete rule?
Currently we have an autocomplete rule enabled that checks if a Termination Action is Dismissal or a Termination Reason is Mutual Separation and then set the Recommended for Rehire flag to No. For all other Termination Actions and Termination Reasons the flag is set to Yes. But we do have the occasional scenario where a line manager wants to override the No flag and set it to Yes. Is there a way to do it?
