Unable to delete or bank account from supplier record due to link with payroll - error message

Summary:

Unable to fully remove bank account from supplier record due to link with payroll. Can not delete or overwrite bank account details for supplier site

After making changes to account number, account name and sort code and approving the supplier change request it is cancelled with the message:

Cancelled reason :Process to apply the approved change request to the supplier profile failed due to unexpected errors

Errors on Supplier Profile Change Request 795004 for Supplier AAA

This bank account is used in Payroll. You can't modify the bank account. You can inactive the bank account and create a new bank account.
