Requirement is to prevent PO auto creation from catalog requisition(items sourced to BPA) for a specific business scenario

Content (required):

One of the scenarios in the business case requires that whenever a particular Requisition header DFF is enabled, then the PO auto sourcing should not happen. But in case of catalog requisition PO auto-sourcing is happening due to attached BPA

BPAs and Item attributes are not allowed to be changed; BPAs are having "auto create PO" option enabled due to which we can't leverage suggested options in oracle docs to prevent auto-creation of PO
