Talent profile search results

Summary:

Under Profiles -> Talent Profile, we are only able to search by keyword. The results list returns any employee that has the keyword anywhere in their skills and qualifications page, on the results list there isn't any way to see why the person was included.

Content (required):

The only way to see why the person is included on the results page is to click on their name and scroll through the entire skills and qualifications page until finding which section matches the keyword search. Then when clicking "Back", it returns to the main Profiles page and then you have to search all over to see the next person.
