Requisition Approved email attaches PDF of Requisition with a status of Pending Approval
Summary:
When a Requisition is a approved the requestor receives the "Requisition Approved" email. This email has a PDF attachment of the requisition and in the PDF the Status = "Pending approval". This is causing confusion for the requestor and additional work for our Procurement staff. Now the requestor has to request a PDF copy where the status = "Approved".

This is causing confusion with the requestor and our Legal group. Also adding additional workload on our Procurement team. Since the requestor does not have permission to get a PDF where the status = "Approved" due to license cost and additional steps. They have to request this from our Procurement team. Has anyone found a work around for this issue?
