How to turn on requisition filters for hiring managers?

Currently with the hiring manager role, there are no filters available on the requisition page. Can these be added/turned on, so hiring managers with multiple requisitions can filter between them? This only appears to be available for recruiters. Is this a security privilege or a page composer item?

As a hiring manager there are no filters available to view/narrow down requisitions if you have many. We have a need where some hiring managers are also collaborators on other requisitions (as back up) and they want to be able to filter requisitions for which they are JUST the hiring manager or JUST a collaborator. At this time, in our environment, the filters for managers are not visible.
