Can disqualification questions be added by requisition?

We are looking to see if there is a way to add/use disqualification questions by requisition and not by the contextualized items of organization, location, job family, and function. Are there other areas that can be used for the selection of which requisition receives the questions.

Where we use the contextualized areas outlined in the disqual. question parameters across multiple jobs in multiple areas of our business, it would not be reasonable to use these. We are looking to see if we can have disqual. questions selected by requisition.
