Should pending workers be searchable in the Talent Profile Quick Actions?

Summary:

By using the following navigation: My Client Groups - Profiles - Talent Profile - "Search Pending Worker" . Should pending workers be searchable? We have Auto-Create Person Profile enabled for talent profiles, but our pending workers are not searchable in the quick action. We can navigate to their talent profile by going through person management, but this tile is restricted to certain security groups. We have run the following scheduled processes, but still the search returns no results:

Update Person Search Keywords

Optimize Person Search Keywords Index

Update Profile Search Keywords (parameter for Process Type = Full job)
