Order management to Subscription management Service mapping

Summary:

we would like to service map sales order line EFF field to Standard field on Subscription product level.is this possible?

Destination Field#Meter(MeterDefinitionId) is Under subscription-->Products-->Pricing section and We are not able to find that entity under ProductOM while defining service mappings.

Any suggestion would be really appreciated.
