Phone and Address Info load into Cloud from flat file with automation

Hello Experts,

I have a requirement where in the client will be sending a flat file with ssn, phone number, address and we will have to load this information into cloud system. I know it is possible using HDL but it requires file to be in dat file format, however the client is sending it in flat file. If they have a middleware like ICS/SOACS we can do transformation and achieve this requirement. However I want to know if there is any other option without having a middleware? And they want to automate the process without any manual intervention.
