Evals completed by previous manager

Access to previous evaluations completed by another manager

When viewing an employee under the Employee Tab, previous evaluations (found under our Goals and Evaluations tab within the Employee Tab) that were completed by a different manager are not shown to the new manager.  The new manager has to go under the Reviews tab and find the previous evaluation.  I can't figure out how to get that previous evaluation to show within the Employee Tab.  Has anyone else experienced this?
