Excel generated from RTF template is giving wrong values

Content (required):

I have developed a query to get TransactionDr field from GL Lines table. For a specific line, the amount in UI is 2270718071128718. The query output gives the same value. 

But when I am using rtf template to generate an excel output, the value becomes 2270718071128720. When I generate a PDF/HTML the output is coming correct. 

when I set the format as text in rtf field then the output is coming correct but when I set the number format as ##,##0.000 its becoming wrong.
