CPQ Part Import from Salesforce

Hello,

we currently run a parts sync once day (after hours) and would like to be able to also run it mid-day. 

The CPQ help article is mentioning the following : 

When you update the parts database in Oracle CPQ from a partner:

The parts database is deleted and then repopulated with the parts from the Partner Parts database.

Has anyone attempted this or can provide recommendations on how to run a parts sync during business hours ?
