How rounding rule Works in Compensation Plan?

Summary:

We have set up an alert in the compensation plan to trigger when an employee's promotion increase exceeds a certain defined percentage. The alert is functioning correctly for most employees, except for those who reach the maximum defined percentage limit.

However, we have identified a potential issue related to the rounding rule. While we did not specify any rounding rule in the salary basis, we did opt for "Round to nearest .0001" in the compensation plan. This could be causing the problem.

For instance, let's consider an example: After the increase in plan, an employee's salary is calculated to be 3,266.5280. When we post this data to Core HR, it is displayed as 3,266.53, and as a result, the alert is triggered.
