Accounting Calendar setting for change business calendar date

Summary:

We are starting new implementation, but the client planned to change businees calendar date in the future (from April to March become February to January) , is it possible to create new calendar like below


2023 Apr-22 Mar-23 12 Months

2024 Apr-23 Jan-24 10 Months

2025 Feb-24 Jan-25 12 Months --> Change METHOD from February to January)

...

We tried using 'Other' period Frequency but seems could not achieve that pattern

We will implement subledgers also (AP,AR,etc) and not only GL
