Possibility of viewing only mood when using the transfer action on the assignment page

Hello,

We have the below requirement from our client related to the assignment page. When an HR specialist wants to transfer an employee, he should be able to go to the assignment details segment and edit the location field only, while the other fields should be in a read-only mood or disabled ( for editing ).

Would that be possible? Any idea of how we can fulfill this requirement?

Navigation: My Client Group > Person Management > Search for the employee's name > then click on the name > Employment > Edit > Update > Action Transfer > Scroll down for the assignment details segment
