Declaration Check Box functionality while approving GL Journals

We have a requirement, approver declaration check box confirming that the journals and the attachments are reviewed by approver before approving the journal.

Could someone please suggest that the declaration check box functionality is possible while approving the journals.

By checking the check box and click on the approve to approve the journal notification

Example: Similar to Expense report submission, there is a declaration check box once check box is enabled then only employee can submit the expense report.
