How to search future hire employee in Searchable of Talent Profile please?

Summary:

The Searchable under Talent Profile do not have an option for including the future hire employee which unlike the advance search of other responsive pages with an effective date option. Thanks.

It currently only have a checkbox of including terminated employee. This page does not look Responsive at all.
