trying to create a new account and the page loads forever

hi, I was trying to create a new account on the Cloud Infrastructure but when I put all my data and the payment method and clicked on the "Start my free trial" button, the page loads forever and after some time appears a message telling "times out". If someone could help me I really appreciate it.
