Summary:

We have a need to pull the person habits start date into a Fast Formula. We use the 'Covered by another Plan?' and 'Plan' to capture secondary insurance information for spouses. Lately, we have been having issues with our Medical carrier due to not sending over a start date (shown in the screenshot below) in the FF with the Benefit Extract.

Content (required):

Through an Oracle SR, Oracle informed me that the start date (shown in the screenshot below) is not available as a Database Item (DBI). Their recommendation is to create a Value Set based on a SQL Query to pull this information and then use the value set in a FF.
