Is there a way to always include discount automatically while applying receipt to a transaction

Summary:

Client requirement is to apply cash discount for a individual customer irrespective of the payment date whether it is before discount date or past discount date. Currently the receipts are processed through lockbox and we are using Auto-Match ruleset for transaction recommendation. Is there a way to always include discount automatically while applying receipt to a transaction via lockbox
