Your viewpoints appreciated for the below scenario.
- Currently Customer already live on Fusion for Salaried employees. Implementation scope is hourly population (Approx. 14k).
- Customer has 200 Legal Employers and all the 200 have been mapped as Business Units. So not using BU concept in its true sense, viz. Lines of Business etc.
- All 200 LE’s are individual companies. They have their own unique workforce structures and require complete exclusion from other Legal entities. So in essence one LE doesn’t want/ get to see any (setup/ employee) data from other LE’s or BU’s.
- Employees can work part time in two LE’s at the same time and also within the same LE they can be working in different Jobs/ Positions.
