Hi Experts, 

Long post alert! 

Your viewpoints appreciated for the below scenario.

 

  1. Currently Customer already live on Fusion for Salaried employees. Implementation scope is hourly population (Approx. 14k).
  2. Customer has 200 Legal Employers and all the 200 have been mapped as Business Units. So not using BU concept in its true sense, viz. Lines of Business etc.
  3. All 200 LE’s are individual companies. They have their own unique workforce structures and require complete exclusion from other Legal entities. So in essence one LE doesn’t want/ get to see any (setup/ employee) data from other LE’s or BU’s.
  4. Employees can work part time in two LE’s at the same time and also within the same LE they can be working in different Jobs/ Positions.
