Unable to access profiles section post 23B Upgrade

Content (required):Hi Team,

Post 23b upgrade, we are not able to access the whole profile tasks. Also in profile upgrade mapping section, the checkboxes for respective content items are disabled. Does it requires any data load for the content items to get this checkbox enabled (there are few excel sheets mentioned in the upgrade document).

Can someone help us in knowing us what exactly the steps need to followed for these profiles section to be available as part of Pre n Post upgrade.
