Collections Strategy Site level Dunning

Summary:

We need to have Collections Strategies enabled at site level. In our customer master data, we have customer accounts with multiple sites which have bill-to purpose, and which also need to have dunning purpose. The system is not allowing to have multiple sites with dunning purpose. Can anybody share experience of how to send dunning letters for multiple customer sites?
