Summary: The BI Publisher Word Add-in is not displaying the correct tools. It is showing the below pictured menu. 

Content: I use the BI Publisher Add-in to create/edit Offer Templates. The BI Publisher Word Add-in is not displaying the tools needed to manipulate XMLs & tokens. It is showing the below pictured menu. With an Admin account, I tried redownloading "Oracle BI Publisher Desktop 12.2.1.4.0 for 64 bit Office on Windows" from https://www.oracle.com/middleware/technologies/analytics-publisher/downloads.html. It worked for a few minutes, then reverted to the broken menu.
