Values added when running Financials Tree Audit and Tree Flatten Process as scheduled job

Occasionally, values are being added to our unpublished account hierarchy which is used for cross-validation rules when the scheduled job Financials Tree Audit and Tree Flatten Process executes.

We have scheduled process that executes Financials Tree Audit and Tree Flatten Process on each tree after each interface of data from EDM (3x/day). In the hierarchy that has the issue, we have two nodes, XC01 and XC02 and have recently discovered that duplicate values are being created in the XC01 node by the scheduled process per the GL_SEG_VAL_HIER_CF table.

For example, value of 4903 was created in the XC02 node by user on 16-Jun-2021. On 12-Jul-2022, the 4903 value was added to the XC01 node when the scheduled Financials Tree Audit and Tree Flatten Process executed. All duplicates were originally entered in the XC02 node, with the scheduled process adding them to the XC01 node.  We have found this happening about once a month.
