What SMS Vendor/Bot are you using for 2-way texting functionality?

We are setting up Oracle Recruiting Cloud as a new customer. We are accustomed to being able to use texting to contact candidates in our current ATS. From what we're told, Twillio and Syniverse are the only two options in ORC. Twillio is not responsive at this time (due to some internal realignments from what I'm told) and Syniverse seems a bit large and complicated in pricing for what we need. Is there anyone else using something besides these two vendors to have two way conversations with candidates? Maybe even a bot?
