Were the performance goals deleted by someone in the Goal plan?

Hi friends,

Our client has raised an issue. One of their employees says that they had created goals in the goal plan. However, they do not see those goals any more. Is there a way to find out the details of the goals that were deleted recently? e.g. the goal names, when they were deleted and by whom etc.
