BPA Price break quantity Update via UI and FBDI

Summary:

We are trying to update the Price break line Quantity in Blanket Purchase Agreement(BPA). We have noticed a peculiar behavior i.e., while updating through the application the quantity can be updated, however impossible through FBDI. We have an expectation to have consistency that Quantity cannot be updated in BPA Price Break through both UI and FBDI. Do we have any such feasibility in Oracle through which the expected behavior can be achieved?
