How to initiate customer asset transfer in Included warranty

Summary:

Once Item A is shipped ,Included warranty is created for Customer A. When we transferred the Install Base Asset of Item A to Customer B, we didn't get customer asset transfer transactions in Reprocess Install Base Updates, so customer also not changed in Included warranty.
