How to hide or disable "Complete without creating purchasing documents" on Complete Award Popup

Summary:

While Completing Award, we always use first option that is "Create Purchasing Document now". Rest of the two options are not relevant to us so we want to either hide these options or disable them.

Otherwise, How can we set first option as default in Award Outcome.

Requirement is to prevent the users from selecting 3rd option that is "Complete without creating purchasing document"
