We need help differentiating applications that come in vs us updating the candidates profile. We are looking at last updated currently but if we log an application email into Taleo, it’s not triggering the system to note it as a new application.

Then on the other side is we could have an Indeed Application candidate from 3 years ago that we move to a different open evergreen which caused the profile to be updated and now they look like they applied but they haven’t reached out at all.
