Summary:

Hello smart people!

I just corrected an employee's working hours.

The working hours before the correction were 40, but the FTE read .8.

I corrected the working hours to 30, which fixed the FTE (.75).

However, when I evaluate my life event it is calculating coverage based on the .8 FTE.

I have another worker that has always been .75 and that coverage is calculating correctly.

Is there a process to run to correct this error?
