Unable to define predefined/Logics for splitting the distributions on Requisition Lines

Summary:

We got to know from one of our client that Oracle is capable of performing Allocations on Requisition Lines during the Oracle Product Demonstration.

This was one of the key requirements for our client. So that the expense item can be split across multiple departments and enable funds check upon submitting the Requisition.

We did our internal assessment and this appeared to be a limitation. We want to cross verify with you all if Oracle has the capability to perform Allocations on the Requisition Lines.

Content (required):

To simplify, Suppose If the Charge Line in Requisition has a Accounting Code Combination 10.1210.AC01.0000.00 where AC01 is the Department Value (Parent). Now the question is, Is Oracle capable of splitting the cost to Child Values under it where the other segments of the Accounting Code Combination remains the same.
