Mail notification sending and limit

Hi,

Can a special mail extension be used in notifications prepared as bursting and sent via email?

For example, it should only go to people whose e-mail is @aaa.com.tr ?And is there a limit for sending this mail?

Is it okay to send it to 500-600 people?
