Unable to find a resource in HR Helpdesk 23B

Summary:

Good Afternoon Experts,

I need to pick your brains on help desk resources.

A newly created contingent worker has been created. They have the Next Gen HR Helpdesk Agent role and the resource role.

The user can not be found when searching for their resource in the Resource directory.

(Also when the user selects Help Desk>Helpdesk Requests they get the error 'Can't identify resource' as the user isn't assigned to any queues).

If there a process which needs to be run so that the contingent work can be viewed in the resource directory. Screenshots attached.
