How to create order hold source in Fusion

In EBS we use 'Create Hold Source' to build automated order header/line source. This is accessible by user in order entry form. How is this function now served in Fusion OM?

Business users currently create hold sources based on the seeded conditions provided in EBS, for example item + warehouse, item + customer. Then with a predefined order hold (name) any new sales order created will have a line hold based on any condition being met. Our company uses daily for supply chain controls, quality holds, order review holds, holds to split fair share to over ordering - to name a few. This is a standard EBS feature and as mentioned with user front end access and control.
