Summary:

User unable to view "To Approver" attachments attached in Purchase Order/Requisition Line. What right/privilige/data security policy will be required so that the user can see those attachments in PO?

Content (required):

There are two users. One with Procurement Manager's role is able to see both "Miscellaneous" and "To Approver" attachments, but other user who has Procurement Inquiry role is able to view only "Miscellaneous" attachment. Which specific role, privilige or data security policy can provide access to both types of attachments to the user with inquiry role. Please help. Attaching screenshot document for reference.
