Our DEV environments are including New Values in the Scenario Drop Down List in the Inquire on Detailed Balance Screen and others.

Content (required):

Our DEV environments are including four new values in the Scenario Drop Down List in Inquiry screens which do not appear in our Production environment. These are:

Encumbrance, Commitment, Invoice Oracle and Obligation

We have enabled Budgetary Control but not Encumbrance Accounting. If we choose one of these scenarios, no data is returned even though we have open Requisitions and Purchase Orders.

Can anyone explain how these values came to be available and how they are used?
