Succession Plan name is defaulted based on the Plan Type and incumbent entered

Summary:

Succession Plan Name should be defaulted based on the Plan Type and incumbent entered (which are selected first) - e.g. "Incumbent - Name Surname - person number". It should be nice to have the plan name automatically generated when creating a Succession Plan.

Our client has enhanced this requirements in order to limit manual errors when creating succession plans.
