Looking for API which can fill out form/pages in Sales Cloud

Hello,

Can someone please let us know whether we have APIs which can be used to fill out a page/form and take actions the way a sales user will manually take in Sales Cloud. One example could be Sales user logs in application, creates an Account, Saves record, clicks a button which sends information to external system etc.
